Dear friends everywhere
although health and well-being of Lama Ole is perfect and steady we would like to give him a birthday gift, which is always welcome by a Buddhist teacher - the meditation practice of his students.

For this purpose, we would like to accumulate 108 millions of OM MANI PEME HUNG mantras before Ole's birthday, the 19th March.

The OM MANI PEME HUNG mantra was advised as most suitable by His Holiness 17th Gyalwa Karmapa, Thaye Dorje.

We want to recite these mantras with the wish for a long life of Lama Ole and for spreading his activity and success of the Kagyu lineage. Mantras can be done informally during a day or as a part of the standard Loving Eyes meditation. Recitation of this mantra brings benefit to all beings, to the one we recite it for as well as to ourselves.
